I am passionate about helping others regain their energy and get their lives back. As an Integrative Nurse Coach, I promote wellness and resiliency by guiding clients to deepen the connection to their inner healing resources and their capacity to make meaningful choices and to help establish goals and strategies for healthier lifestyle behaviors. I am passionate about health, nutrition, mindfulness, and teaching others how to help themselves feel happier and healthier.
We will focus on your strengths and values to move you toward healthier lifestyle behaviors, and how you can sustain and integrate new patterns, strategies, goals, and action plans.

Mindfulness and Self-Care

Mindfulness is a beneficial practice for focusing the mind and calming the body.
Mindfulness practices are incorporated into your coaching sessions and can be practiced separately.
